How sessions work

Fees

Initial assessment: £60per 50 minutes. This includes a full history, discussion of your goals, and a personalised plan for ongoing sessions.

Follow-up sessions: £60 per 60-minute session. The number and frequency of sessions will be agreed based on your goals and progress.
