"Life doesn’t always go as planned, and whatever you’re going through, your feelings matter. Sometimes we feel hurt, confused, or unsure where to turn. I provide a calm, confidential space where you can be heard, supported, and start exploring ways to feel more like yourself again."

I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, fertility struggles, baby loss, and other presenting issues. My approach is predominantly person-centred, focusing on your needs, your pace, and what matters most to you. I also draw on integrative techniques where helpful, tailoring sessions to support your growth and wellbeing.

I am BACP-registered, adhering to the highest professional and ethical standards, and have specialist training in child and adolescent counselling, trauma-informed approaches, parent-child therapy, fertility, and rainbow baby support.

I practise at Castle Counselling Service, based in Earls Colne, and support clients from Colchester, Braintree, Halstead, and online.
