Therapy-With-Michele
Welcome
As a parent, a professional, and someone with lived experience of life’s challenges, I understand how overwhelming life can sometimes feel.
I know what it is like to worry about your child’s anxiety or low mood. I understand the pressure of trying to cope with stress, relationship difficulties, or emotional exhaustion while still holding everything together. Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step — but you do not have to face things alone.
I provide professional counselling in Earls Colne for adults, teenagers, and children. Whether you are seeking child counselling, teen counselling, or adult therapy, I offer a calm, compassionate space where thoughts and feelings can be explored safely and without judgement.
Behind every behaviour is a feeling. Behind every worry is a story. Through counselling, we can begin to understand what is happening beneath the surface, building resilience, emotional awareness, and confidence at a pace that feels right for you or your child.
I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). As a BACP registered counsellor, I practise ethically and professionally, providing confidential therapy tailored to each individual’s needs.
I practise at Castle Counselling Service in Earls Colne and support clients from Colchester, Braintree, Halstead, and surrounding areas. Online counselling sessions are also available for adults and young people who prefer remote support.
If you are looking for counselling for anxiety, low mood, stress, or emotional difficulties — for yourself or your child — we can begin with one conversation.
